Dick passed away peacefully on July 31, 2020 at Heritage Village at the age of 87.
Dick is lovingly remembered by his wife Darlene, children Anita (Greg), Lana (Stuart) and Andrew, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, his sister Virginia Bourne and many nieces and nephews.
Dick served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 37 ½ years. He was a Korean War Veteran. Dick received many letters of appreciation, commendations and was presented the order of Military Merit award by the Governor General of Canada.
After retiring Dick lived a very quiet life enjoying gardening and spending time with family and friends.
