Phyllis was born in Carragana, Saskatchewan. She is survived by her husband Charles of 52 years, son William, sister Verna (Lloyd), sister-in-laws Julia and Hazel. Grandchildren Monique, Charles, Timothy; great grandchildren Carlos, Tara, Tyrese, Toreto, Sky, Mason, and Eliyanna; 38 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents William and Pauline, granddaughter Tara, brothers William and Louie, sisters Mary and Gladys.
