With very heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Pete who has left us to be with Cis & Pop (Ron & Myrt Tetreau), Uncle Ronnie and his brother, Tom. Pete, like his brother, loved our annual summer vacations at Pender Harbour. Exploring every cove, fishing, rowing the dinghys and swimming off the wharf at night in the phosphorus glow of the water. Pete loved his dear friends, Ryan and Tim and many, many more, however, a very special, loving thanks to Jeff & Holly for their love and support, I couldn’t have managed through it without you, then and now. We shared so much and always will. Thank you for all your comfort, support and love. For those that had the privilege, you knew Pete as ‘Constable Worley’ or that “lady’s voice” on the other end of the line, he got cha’!! Very special thanks to Bruce, Rick and Janet….. you are my rocks, thank you. Buck….love & support means all.

Pete loved baseball and hockey, our Mr. Social! Always made you laugh and, put a smile on your face. PJ loved life, always a joke, prank or just a good friend to talk with. Pete is survived by his Mom, Paula, his Dad, Pete and his best buddies Sophie, Shadow and Peppie, they miss you! He loved the outdoors, fishing and camping whenever he could. This is just for you Pete (let’s get some control)……The Last Cast…..

Fisherman’s Prayer –

I pray that I may live to fish

Until my dying day,

And when it comes to my last cast, then I humbly pray,

When in the Lord’s great landing net,

And peacefully asleep,

That in His Mercy I be judged

Big enough to keep.

God gives us comfort in the form of good friends, May his peace be with you. His love never ends.

Pete, you are always here, our hearts ache without you. You were definitely one of a kind!

Always loved and always on our minds.
