Perry Jerome Enns

May 16, 1951 – June 15, 2017

It is with great sadness that we share the unexpected passing of Perry Enns. Perry was the only child born to Helen & John Enns of Chilliwack. Perry was a skilled carpenter and for many of his younger years he worked with his father John Enns building houses in the Chilliwack area. Later, he worked for his father-in-law Allen at Jesperson’s Brake & Muffler. When Perry’s health changed, he took on the job he was most passionate about, being a ‘stay at home Dad’, while his wife Sherry went back to work. He enjoyed caring for his 2 daughters and loved being home for his girls for many years. Perry leaves behind his loving wife of 38 years Sherry (Jesperson), 2 daughters Kelsey Green (Ryan), Kendall Carman (Neal), and one grandchild Beckett Green (19 months). As well, Perry was looking forward to the upcoming births of his other grandchildren in July & October. Perry was predeceased by his parents John & Helen Enns. In honour of Perry, a Celebration of Life will be held on June 25, 2017 at the Ryder Lake Hall at 2:00pm.

Perry was one of the founding members of the Pacific Street Rod Association (PISRA) and we encourage anyone attending the Celebration of Life to bring their Classic Cars to honour him and his love of street rods.
