Patrick Williams passed away peacefully on April 3, 2013 at the Chilliwack General Hospital at the age of 54 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 33 years, Liz, sonc Conrad; and daughterc Chantel, grandchildren: Cole and Rydin, as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Pat was born in Sudbury, Ontario on October 11, 1958 and joined the Canadian Armed Forces at 17 years old.

He was in the military for over 20 years where he was stationed in Germany and across Canada, as well as doing UN tours in the Middle East. He spent the majority of the time in the infantry and then worked in the military post office his last few years before retirement.

Following retirement from the military, he worked at General Paint and was also the maintenance man for Save-On-Foods.

While Pat’s children were growing up, he coached his son’s baseball teams and was a Scout Master as well as teaching his daughter’s fourth grade class art and calligraphy. He always had a great sense of humour and was more than willing to lend a helping hand. Pat enjoyed being a handyman, golfing, playing card games, watching action movies, joking around, and spending time with his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Avenue, Chilliwack.
