It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother Pat Schaafsma on May 22, 2019 after a short battle with cancer. She was surround by her loved ones as she was called home to our Lord and Savior.
A funeral service will be held at the Cornerstone Christian Reformed Church, May 31st at 2 pm at 9800 McNaught Road, Chilliwack, BC
