(Linda) Silver–line Sieglinda (Miller) Wandler of Chilliwack, B.C. passed away at the age of 83 into the arms of our Lord at 8:45 pm on June 4, 2006.
Silverline will be sadly missed by her beloved husband, Christian, of 65 years; their children: son Jim (Karen) Wandler and their children Kevin, Vicki and Murray and daughters, Joyce (Elwood) Johnson and their children Art (Roberta), Alan (Renae), and Jeannette (Richard) Weiss and their children Nathan (Lyndsey), Curtis, Christopher, Rhiannon and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters; Hilda, Pearl, Violet and Leona.
Silverline was born April 14, 1923 at Fox Valley, Saskatchewan. She was married November 17, 1940 and shortly after moved to Trail, B.C. where she and her husband started their family. She loved to dance and her passion was entertaining her family and friends. She always had a smile on her face that lit up a room when she walked in and she always had a special saying for everyone, just to make them laugh. She will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends.
We love you, Grandma. Prayers will be held on June 11, 2006 at 5:00 pm from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Chilliwack and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held on June 12, 2006 at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Church with Father Dennis Fores Celebrant.
Interment to follow at the St. Mary’s Cemetery with a reception at the church hall.
