Milly Brain passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at Chilliwack General Hospital. She was born in Vancouver, BC on September 18, 1912 and lived a long and fulfilling life.
She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her son, Dan (Jackie) Brain, daughter, Joy (Thor) Andreassen; grandchildren, Dave Brain, Steve Brain, Darlene Harris, Diane Bridge and Dan Whalley and their spouses; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; sister, Vivienne (Dan) Hallam and a niece and nephew.
Her husband, Sydney; sisters, Constance Fletcher and Mona Murphy predeceased Milly.
A Celebration of Milly’s life will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2004 at 1:30 pm at Eden Mennonite Church, 46551 Chilliwack Central Rd., Chilliwack, B.C.
A very special thank you to Dr. Madill, Dr. Leyen, all the nursing staff on NU4 and home support who tended her with such loving care.
