Mike (Coyote) E.E. Newcombe’s spirit left his family August 28, 2004, after battling a long and debilitating illness with great courage.
Mike was a resident of Cultus Lake for 31 years, and a correctional officer at the B.C. Forest Camps for 23 years. He touched many lives and will be remembered with love.
He will be missed by his wife Diane; sons, Jared (Jacquie, daughter-in-law), Dean, Joel, and Mikheal; daughters, Selena (Wayne, son-in-law) and Dania (Richard, son-in-law); grandchildren, Cayden, Zackery, Justin, Jessie, Jamie, Ryan, Christine, and Riley; brother Eric; sisters, Anna, Christine, and Frances; and nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 3, 2004 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 8909 Mary St., Chilliwack. Father Gary Gordon celebrant.
