Lee passed away peacefully in his home in Chilliwack, British Columbia at the age of 88. Lee was predeceased by his loving wife Grace, mother Sylvia, father Fred, brothers Ken, Ray, and Fred. He is survived by his son Paul (Lillian) and Daughter Cheryl (Joe), five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and his brother Glenn.
Lee spent 25 years in the RCAF (1948-1973) as a Warrant Officer( Flight Sargent) before getting a teaching diploma from the University Of Ottawa. Lee then taught at Richmond High School for the next 22 years before retiring to Garrison Crossing, Chilliwack, British Columbia.
A memorial Service to honor Lee will be held Thursday September 19th 2019 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Valley View Funeral Home and Cemetery 14660 72nd avenue, Surrey B.C
We the family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Wayne and Jillian Armit as well as the loving and caring staff from Nurse Next Door and Goldheart Services that helped Dad stay in his home till the end.
