Mervyn pas–sed away on September 23, 2007 at the Eden Intermediate Care Centre at age 97 years. He was born September 23, 1910 in Nakita (Leroy), Saskatchewan.
Merv is survived by, Terry (Shirley), Holly (John), Reg (Patti) and Penny (Cliff); grandchildren, Linda Rae, Tim, Scott, Natasha, Miranda and Tyson and six great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Jean on May 12, 2004 and all six of his brothers and sisters.
Dad was born in Leroy and moved to BC in his early 30’s. He and his father started a fox farm. This developed into Gregory Brothers Mink Ranch on Young St., Chilliwack. Dad was a great curler and golfer and a wonderful husband and father. He will be missed by his family.
To respect Dad’s wishes there will be no service. The family will have a remembrance gathering at a later date. www.mem.com
