Merlyn (Mo) Head
It is with deep sadness to announce the sudden passing of Merlyn (Mo) Head, on March 2, 2017 at the age of 74. Born in Neepawa, Manitoba June 2, 1942. She is predeceased by parents Frank & Eva Renwick, and sister Jessie. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Don Head. She leaves behind one sister, Oreen, four children: Kim, Kevin (Jill), Shelly (Sam), and Darren, six grandchildren: Chelsey, Kyle, Kalyn, Kelli, Tyler, and Ryan, and one great granddaughter Leah, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mo and Don made a home in Chilliwack for the last 50 years, where she spent many years as a care aid. Her love for the community showed through her dedication to her family and job. She always carried a positive disposition and was a friend you could always count on. Family was everything to Mo. If you knew her you knew she was the family historian. A great woman was lost, so please come celebrate her life with us on Friday March 10th @ 2:00 pm at Henderson's Funeral Home, Chilliwack BC. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mo's name to the BC Children's Hospital.
