It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our awesome sister on June 20, 2018. Maureen was predeceased by both her parents, Bill and Ruth Evans, in 2016. She is survived by husband Ken, daughter Rena and 4 grandchildren. Siblings Judi (Peter) Ash, Billy (Nelda) Evans, Robyn (Geordie) Menzel and Brian (Karleen) Evans. Maureen was born and raised in Duncan.
She was diagnosed with debilitating asthma at a very young age and valiantly fought it for the rest of her life. We ask that before applying scented products to think twice. It can have life threatening effects on those with compromised breathing.
