Mary (Kroeker) Letkeman
Age 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in Cascades Lodge Care Home in Chilliwack, BC. She leaves behind her husband Gerald of 68 years, her four children, Ron (Marlene), Linda, Alan (Sandra) and Gord, 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and 3 sisters and 4 brothers. Mary was predeceased by daughter Janet in 1956. Mary will be remembered for her sense of humour, hard work ethic, her love of family and her deep faith in the Lord. A passionate member of the church, singing in the choir, bible study and helping with church functions were her favourite pastimes. A Memorial Service will be held on March 24th, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the United Mennonite Church, 4336 Eckert Street, Yarrow BC. Special thanks to staff at Cascades Lodge for their care of mom over the last 2 years. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
