Mary Chomlak passed away peacefully on Oct. 20, 2005 at the age of 87 years, at home with Bill, her loving husband of 66 years, at her side.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, three sisters, and two brothers.
Sincere and heartfelt thanks are extended to all Palliative Care nurses and Home Health Care workers who assisted Bill in the six months of home care. Especially appreciated were Cindy Nichol, Dr. Bright and Dr. Maybie.
