Passed away on August 28, 2016 in Chilliwack at the age of 80. She was born March 7, 1936 in Boskoop, Holland. Martina is survived by her husband Matthew, daughters Astrid, Diana and Ingrid, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial Donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society and / or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Martina is a former LPN at Fellburn Hospital and was a lovely, talented lady who loved to sew, knit and crochet.
