Marion CHAPMAN

Marion Isabelle Chapman

May 23, 1908 – December 26, 2004

Born in Langley Prairie, BC, to Donald Matheson and Henrietta McLeod, Marion was the eldest of six children, siblings: Colin, John, Alex, Beatrice (Royal) and Christine (Carlaw). Marion was predeceased by her husband, Frank, of Chapman Road, Rosedale, BC; daughter-in-law, Lorna Chapman; son-in-law, Bryan Wilson; and grandson, Frankie Chapman. Marion touched the lives of many with her constant willingness to put others first. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Harriet Wilson, and sons, Donald (Arlene) and Roland (Marilyn); grandchildren: Rod Wilson (Deanne), Jody Wilson, Kelly de Strake (Kelly), Shelley Dwyer (Geoff), Sheila Chapman, Dan Chapman (Michele), Tracy Burriss (Mark), Cathy Chapman, Sean Sadler (Jamie), and Lindsey Tuazon (Christopher); and great-grandchildren: Mitchell, Chad, Bryan, Thomas, Janice, Spencer, Nolan, Jake, Kyle, and Trinity. Marion always spoke fondly of her Scottish roots, the isle of Lewis, and her love of the bagpipes.
