Margaret Elizabeth Johnstone passed away on Dec. 7, 2012 at home in Chilliwack. She was born in Chilliwack on April 17th 1926.
Margaret enjoyed gardening and the company of her animals, but her family was the most important thing to her.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 62 years Charles (Chuck); daughter, Kathy (Glen Besler); son, Charlie, grandchildren: Cheryl and Mitchell Fraser; niece, Becky Smith (Allan Smith); grand-nephews: Barrie, Shea and Robyn.
She was predeceased by her mother (Katherine Gagnon) and all siblings (Don, Kay, Ian, Claire and Carola); and her three nephews: Grant MacInnes, Jack and Barrie Enns.
A memorial service will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers please consider the SPCA and The Cat Haven.
