Dorothy Carroll, late of Agassiz, passed away at the Glenwood Nursing Home in Agassiz early in the morning on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at the age of 85 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her three children and six grandchildren, Brenda (Mel) Linn with Christy, Melville and Erin, George Carroll with Neil, Monica (Bruce Coleman with Christopher and Adrienne. She is also fondly remembered by her 2 sisters Gertrude (Ewald) Baumgardt and Florentina (Ralph) Burke, her four brothers, John (edith) Boehmer, Karl (Dottie) Boehmer, Harold (Faith) Boehmer, Luther (Janice) Boehmer, her nephew Larry (Sharon) Symons and numerous nephews and nieces.
Dorothy is predeceased by her husband George Walter Carroll, her sister Mary Percy and her brother Frederick Boehmer.
On Saturday January 15, 2005 a viewing will be held at 9:00 am followed by a Celebration of Dorothy’s life at 10:00 am at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack. Interment at Valleyview Cemetery, Agassiz.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Glenwood Nursing Home in Agassiz, BC, and all the Home Care workers for the special care the provided Dorothy.
