Lillian Schinkel passed away peacefully on October 27, 2019 at Chilliwack General Hospital at the age of 90.
Lillian was born in Edmonton, Alberta in 1928 and moved with her family to Chilliwack in 1947 where she met and married Jack Schinkel in 1952. The couple operated a dairy farm in Rosedale before retiring in Chilliwack in 1986.
Lillian was predeceased in July 2019 by Jack, her loving husband of 67 years. Lillian is survived by her son Randy (Jane), daughter Joanne Wilson (David), grandchildren Melissa Kendzierski (Steve), Christopher Schinkel (Kelsey Cardinal), Janelle Wilson (Kyle MacLeod), two step grandchildren Michael Phelps, Amy Phelps (Alex Barger) and great grandchildren.
Lilliian will be remembered for her dedication and love for the Lord, along with the baking, cooking and entertaining she tirelessly provided to friends and family.
