Lillian Bloom passed away peacefully with her daughter Christine at her side on Sunday March 11th and shortly after her brother James came from Florida to be with her.
Lil will be sadly missed by her daughter Christine and is survived by her sister Freda Bowtie and brothers Emile Gauthier and James Gauthier and several relatives in her homeland of P.E.I. She also leaves behind several wonderful friends in Chilliwack since their posting here in 1977.
She was predeceased by her husband CWO Jack Bloom and her son Bill Bloom.
Special thanks to Dr. Hopkins, Dr. Son and all the health care workers, from homecare to hospital, who were so helpful to Lillian and her daughter Christine.
Funeral Mass to be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 8909 Mary St. Chilliwack, on Monday March 19th at 10 A.M. Celebrant: Fr. Justin Than Bui.
