After a long and courageous battle with Myotonic Dystrophy, Ken Turner passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2005.
He will be lovingly remembered by his best friend and wife, Katie; daughters Karla and Jacqueline (Jason); son Mathew (Julia); brother Colin (Wanda) and sister Cathy (Sharon).
Ken will always be remembered for his kind and gentle ways, his easy going nature and his wonderful sense of humour. He was always willing to share these with all around him.
A Memorial Service will be held on Ken’s birthday, Thursday, March 17, 2005 at 1:30 pm from the Chapel of Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave, Chilliwack. A Celebration will follow.
If family and friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Ken’s memory.
