Karl passed away peacefully in Heritage Village, Chilliwack, B.C. at the age of 71.
Karl was predeceased by his wife Debra Thompson and is survived by his sister Karen Nickerson (Al), nieces Krista and Laura, great nephewWayne, stepson Donald Thompson, stepdaughter Candice Thompson and her son Marcus, as well as an extended family of aunts and cousins in Germany.
