MUIR Joyce Irene (nee: Ediger)
Joyce Irene Muir, in her 71st year, peacefully entered into the presence of her Lord and Saviour on July 2, 2013 at Cascade Hospice. Joyce was born in Chilliwack on June 15, 1942 and was lovingly raised, enjoying farm life throughout her school years. After completing her education, Joyce entered into a career as a dental assistant where she remained for many years until shortly after her marriage to William Muir. She was actively involved in church and had a great faith in the Lord which continued to grow ever stronger as the years passed. Joyce took great pleasure in helping others, whatever the need may be. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Bill and her parents, Frank and Elfrieda Ediger. She is survived by her siblings Walter Ediger (Betty), Ron Ediger (Lena), Ray Ediger (Rose), Janet Geddert (Lorin), many nephews, nieces, extended family and wonderful friends. The family would like to extend our most sincere thanks to Dr. Bull and the staff and volunteers at Cascade Hospice for their care and compassion.
