It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce Gray on June 26, 2008 at Chilliwack General Hospital; surrounded by her loving family.
Joyce was born in Vancouver on October 22, 1932.
Married Roy in 1952, lived in Gibsons, and then Chilliwack in 1954, where they raised their family.
Joyce leaves her husband of 56 years Roy; son Barry (Linda); daughter Debbie (Kevin); grandsons: Spencer and Dexter.
Joyce will lovingly be remembered for her humor, loving warmth and devotion to family and friends.
A sincere heartfelt thank you to all of the health care people that touched Joyce and her family: Dr. R. Jones, the staff at Parkholm, Net Care, Home Support, Cascade, Glenwood, the Hospice Society, the Bradley Center at Chilliwack Hospital and the Palliative care team.
A memorial service will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home 45901 Victoria Ave. Chilliwack, on Sat., July 5, 2008 at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to the Alzheimers Society of BC or the Kidney Foundation of BC.
