Joe passed away on May 8, 2004. He was born on December 10, 1933 in Scotland, and he moved with his family to Chilliwack at a very early age.
Joe worked for the parks board for 25 years. Joe’s passion was hockey and work. He was involved in minor hockey.
Joe had a great love for life and animals. Joe loved life and his cats very much.
