John Malcolm Nadin passed away at Chilliwack General Hospital at the age of 76. John was born in Sheffield, England.
John was in the Merchant Navy as a chief radio officer before owning a pet store and zoo, in England. Later in life John ran his own fishery in Bridlington, East Yorkshire. John immigrated to Canada in 1958.
John is survived by his wife Yvonne; son David ( Beverley); daughters: Lynda, Jackie, and Karen (Phil); seven grandchildren: Christopher, Melissa, Jess, Paul, Emma, James and Louis.
John was predeceased by, Leonard and Louisa Nadin and brother, Roy Nadin.
A Memorial will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel at Henderson’s Funeral Home.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on August 19, 2008 between 7-9 pm at Henderson’s.
The family would like to thank Dr. Jones, the staff at the Chilliwack Hospital and Norman Manor Care Home.
