John James Griffin passed away at the Chilliwack General Hospital on October 25, 2002 at the age of 70 years.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary; as well as his daughter Stefanie Bailey of Tacoma, WA., and grandsons, John and Nehemiah. He is also survived by his sister Maureen Cumby of Newfoundland; and brother Stephen (Mary) Griffin of Kitchener, Ont.
John was predeceased by his three brothers, Donald, Harold and Leslie.
A private cremation service will be held in Newfoundland at a later date.

Donations would be gratefully accepted to the Canadian Cancer Society.
