John Erwin Friesen passed away on Tuesday, Mar. 30, 2004 at the Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, BC at the age of 77 years. He was born at Laird, Sask. on April 11, 1926.
John is survived by his children Tudi (Joe) of Williams Lake, Doug (Roxanne) of Courtney, Jon (Mona) of 100 Mile House, Dan (Starlene) of Abbotsford, Curt (Maureen) in China; grandchildren Drew, Devon, Ryan, Danielle, Megan, John, Dana, Paula, Anthony, Matthew, and Joshua.
He was predeceased by his wife Olga and son Kerry.
John’s sense of humour and kind, thoughtful manner will be greatly missed. His devotion to his family will be a gift that shall be with us always.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, Apr. 8, 2004 at 10 a.m. at Langley Lawn Cemetery on 208th St.; Rev. Eugenio Also officiating.
