Born Oct. 15, 1936 Edmonton, Alberta. Passed away Mar. 13, 2010, Nanaimo, B.C.
Predeceased by his parents Charles Aurthur and Marie, and his first wife Sheila Harte (Paterson).
John leaves behind 4 children: Richard, Gerald, Michael and Sandra; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. John also leaves behind his loving wife of 23 years Juhli G. Hover-Harte of Nanaimo, B.C.
Dad passed away after a short battle with throat cancer in Nanaimo General Hospital.
The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses who looked after him during his final days .
He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family, friends and everyone that knew him.
Services will be held April 10, 2010 at 1:00 pm, Trinity Catholic Church, 6234 Spartan Rd., Nanaimo, B.C.
