With deep sadness we announce the passing of our dad in Chilliwack, B.C,. Hans was born in Rauschendorf, Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1959 with his wife Paula and two daughters. Settling in Victoria he worked at St. Michelle Winery until retirement. Dad sang for many years with the Killian Singers and in the choir of the German-Canadian club both in Victoria and Vancouver. He enjoyed many years of travel with his family. Dad leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Paula, daughters Annelene(Otto), Wilfriede(John), Astrid(Mike), 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. We will miss you Papa, and will hold many fond memories in our hearts.
