Joan passed away peacefully at the Bradley Centre on February 5, 2012. She leaves behind her husband, Bob; son, Martyn and family; and sister-in-law, Margaret.
Joan served in the RAF during WW2. Bob and Joan were married in 1957 in Toronto.
Joan was always a willing volunteer at hospitals in BC and Ontario. She enjoyed the game of golf at two local golf clubs.
Joan suffered for the last 5 years from IBS – she will have no more pain.
