March 1, 1919 - June 15, 2018
With great sorrow we mourn the passing Jean Villard Webb at Waverly Place in Chilliwack, B.C. at the age of 99 years.
Jean will be lovingly remembered by her sons Ron (Doreen) of Vernon, and Ray (Heather, predeceased) of Chilliwack.
Jean was predeceased by her husband Wally, her parents, Mary and Wes Thurston, her sisters Dorothy, Lois, Beryl and her brother Lorne, along with nieces Gail Woods of Vancouver, Heather Wasden (Robert) of Calgary, Dorothy La Montagne (Marcel), Diane Lynn (Paul), Donna Harms {Richard) of Saskatoon, nephews Glenn Moffat of Vancouver, Harry Wasden (Linda) of Qualicum Beach, Harold Wasden (Carrie) of Calgary, Dennis Lynn of Saskatoon, Garry Shoquist (Jan) of Saskatoon and Robert Lynn (Lori, predeceased) of Coldstream, Jean's brother-in-law, Gary Kjeldsen and daughter Barbara (Ken), son's Kenneth, Cory, Davin and various nieces and nephews.
The family is grateful to Dr. Bakker, the medical staff at Chilliwack General Hospital, management and staff at Hampton House, and staff at Waverly Place in Chilliwack for their compassionate and devoted care of mom in her closing years of life.
There will be a private celebration of her life with family and friends at a later date.
As per Mom's wishes there will be no service.
