CLEGG, Janice Ellen (Doyscher)
December 28, 1962 - April 6, 2017
Janice came into this world December 28, 1962, she grew up in Chilliwack BC and was the apple of her dad's eye, growing up in a happy home with her parents and her two sisters. She excelled at her schoolwork, learned piano, sewing and had lots of friends. She graduated from Chilliwack Senior Secondary School. She took up curling and was on a team that represented British Columbia in the Canada Winter Games. She was married to Darcy Regehr and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Trina Frances in 1982. She was widowed in 1986 and then Janice and Trina were on their own. Janice met Jeff in 1994 and they spent 23 wonderful years together. They bought a house, travelled alot, enjoyed dinners out, concerts in Vancouver an a myriad of other activities. They were always busy enjoying life. Jeff and Janice loved canoeing and did many trips to Widgon Creek. She was an animal lover and loved her dogs passionately. Jeff and Janice both enjoyed meeting friends at the doggy park. One of her greatest joys was swimming with the dolphins in Mexico. Janice wore many hats in the workplace, working hard and being respected for her work as a flagger, courier, receptionist, bookkeeper and customer service representative.
Predeceased by her father Ralph and husband Darcy. Survived by her husband Jeff, her daughter Trina (John), her mother Frances and her sisters Linda and Donna. A memorial service was held April 13th.
Life "she did it her way". The way she lived her life was how she wanted to be remembered.
