Janet was born in Chilliwack Oct. 17, 1954 and passed away in Smithers on June 8, 2009 after a long battle with cancer, her daughter Naomi at her side.
She leaves to mourn her daughter Naomi (Matthew Westergard) and their children Asher and Anneka, all of Smithers; her mother, Delores (Werner) Lehmann, of Chilliwack; two sisters, Brenda (George) Bailey, of Agassiz, and Christiane of London, England; two brothers, Edgar Bell of Australia and Melford Bell of Grand Forks, BC; nieces and nephews, Tyler and Lauren Nickerson & Sheldon and Deremie Bell.
A graveside service will be held in Chilliwack at a later date.
