James Yates passed away at the age of 52, at Chilliwack General Hospital on October 31, 2022 with family by his side.
James is survived by his only child, Leah Yates, sisters Christeena Yates and Jenni Altenburg, nieces Teela and Kaylie, great-nieces Lexi and Rylee and many good friends and family.
He was predeceased by his mother Ailia and his only nephew Christopher.
A celebration of life will be held on November 16th at 1PM at Henderson's Funeral Home at 45901 Victoria Ave, Chilliwack BC to remember the kind, loyal and giving nature he showed to everyone he came in contact with. He will be greatly missed by many.
