Jacob Siemens passed away peacefully with his family at his side, after enduring a long battle of Alzheimers and Parkinsons on July 7, 2004 in Chilliwack, at the age of 83. He was born in Rosthern, Sask. on September 2, 1920.
Mr. Siemens is survived by his three children; Ken (Janet) Siemens and Corinne Toews both of Kamloops and Robert (Lorena) Siemens of Abbotsford, 8 grandchildren; Bryan, Jeff, David Siemens, Wayne,Colleen Toews, Geoff, Nicolette, Ryan Siemens and one brother Henry Siemens of Vernon.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Elsie in 2002 and numerous brothers and sister.
Services for Mr. Siemens were held on Saturday, July 10, 2004 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home with Pastor Kerry Palmer officiating.
