Jack Evans passed away peacefully after a short illness, at the age of 75 on Nov. 11, 2002 at Chilliwack General Hospital. He is fondly remember by Betty, his loving wife of 52 years, daughters: Gail (Al) Nagata, Moira(Ken) Miller.
He will be deeply missed by his most loved grandchildren, Carmen (Mike), Kelsie, Travis, Jody and Wade; his brother Trevor (Elaine) and sisters: Audrey (Harry) Vander-Hoek and Marg (Don) Oryall.
He was predeceased by his parents Stuart and Irene Evans. Jack operated the Abbotsford Home Services Station, formerly located on South Fraser Way for many years. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Rd. (at Sumas Way), Abbotsford, BC.
