Irma Brigge was born on August 10, 1913 in Portland Oregon to her parents Alice and George Albrecht. Irma passed away on September 30, 2004 at Eden Intermediate Care Centre, Chilliwack, BC at the age of 91 years.
She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family, Lorraine (John) Wedler, Phyllis Menges, Delores (Carl) Augustine, Dennis (Donna) Brigge; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pauline Albrecht and Esther Ergenzinger; also numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband Otto, in 1979; parents, George and Alice; grandson, Kenneth Wedler, brother John, sisters, Lily, Florence and Katie.
A Graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004 at Chilliwack Cemeteries on Little Mountain, followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack, BC, Pastor Harold Throness officiating.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the Eden Intermediate Care Centre for their kindness and care during her stay at the home.
