Irene enjoyed golfing, curling in her early days, and Eastern Star and her singing group recently.
Her family meant the world to her.
She is pre-deceased by her husband, Ray Kirkwood and sister, Ethel Johnson. She is survived by Lynn Harder, Doug (Dianna), Bob (Elayne), June (Daryl), John (Guyla) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her sister Marie Collins.
She will be sadly missed.
A service was held on February 4, 2020 at Henderson's Funeral Home.
