Herta Emma Pezigast passed away Saturday, Apr. 5, 2003 at Chilliwack, at age 72 years. She was born February 19, 1931 in Rohrbach, Austria.
Herta is survived by her son Dieter (Wilma) of Edmonton, Alta.; daughters, Helga Simader (Johan) of Austria, and Isabella Greschner (Morley) of Vancouver; stepdaughter Trixy Letendre; and grandchildren, Doris, Christine, Jasmin and Kristen. Her sisters, Anna and Hedwig; and brother Peter, all of Austria, also survive her.
Herta was predeceased by her husband Hellmut.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, Apr. 9, 2003 from the chapel at Woodlawn Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Dressler presiding.
Memorial donations may be made to the Chilliwack Hospice Society in Herta’s memory.
