Henry Constantin Nielsen passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Chilliwack Hospital at the age of 88 years. He was a brother, husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle to a large family who mourn his passing.
He immigrated to Canada in 1955 and worked as a bricklayer for which he was trained.
He is survived by Anne Marie, his wife of 64 years; his children Ib, Lene, Karsten, Elin, Michael and their families and also by eight brothers and sisters in Denmark. He was predeceased by his parents, two younger brothers, stepmother, young son, and son-in-law. All Henry’s family remember him with love. Family services have taken place.
Memorial donations may be made in Henry’s name to the Children’s Hospital Fund.
