Helen Ruth Erickson (nee Lee) Helen began her journey on July 20, 1910 in Langley Prairie, B.C. She completed her journey of life at age 97 on October 6, 2007 in Chilliwack, B.C. in the loving presence of her granddaughter.
Helen has been reunited with her loving husband; Butch (Adolph Erickson) who went on ahead 24 years ago. Grandma is survived by her daughter: Carol Erickson. Grandchildren; Helen Bosch, Mary Doss (Leonard), Richard Bosch (Lisa), David Bosch, Kenny Bosch (Teri). Great-grandchildren; Whitney, Caroline, Mitchell, Nicole, Matthew, Michael, Jennieand Mercedes; her two sisters: Sarah Langdon-Davies and Jessie Middleton.
Helen’s family would like to thank the many Home Support Workers who lovingly cared for Grandma, especially Wendy who was her “ray of sunshine”, Dr. Hoand his staff, Chilliwack ER staff and nurse; Robert, the Palliative Nurses, Fraser Cheam Home Support and Canyon Chapter of the Eastern Star.
A warm welcome is extended to all who knew Helen, to attend a celebration of her life at Mt. Shannon United Church; 46875 Yale Rd. E., Chilliwack on October 15, 2007 at 1:00 p.m.
A tea will follow at Henderson’s Funeral Home Tea Room; 45901 Victoria Ave. Chilliwack at 2:00.
