Hazel Voight late of Chilliwack, B.C., passed away November 17, 2004 at the age of 91 years. She was born September 29, 1913 in Edmonton, Alberta.
Hazel was a longtime member of the Ryder Lake Women’s Institute.
A Funeral Service will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home on Monday, November 22, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Doug Ireland officiating. Interment in Chilliwack Cemeteries.
She is survived by 2 sons: Howard (Pat) Voight of Ottawa, Ont.; Ken (Gillian) Voight of Delta, B.C.; 3 grandchildren: Melanie, Krista, Dale; 3 great-grandchildren: Noah, Olivia; Ashlee; sister, Helen Reid of Abbotsford, B.C.; and a brother, Arvid Anderson of Chilliwack. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene, in 1987; and a brother, Bernard.
No flowers by request of family, should family and friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
