Hazel Helen Millham passed away on January 2, 2013 at Chilliwack, BC at age 94 years. She was born March 18, 1918. Hazel is survived by her three sons; Dean, Craig and Brent; and one step-daughter, Sheila. Also many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Fredrick in 1963; her step-sons, Clifford, Sheldon; and her brothers, David, James and Robert; and her sisters: Agnes, Ethel and Elsie.
The family wishes to thank all the staff at the Bradley Centre for their exceptional care of Mom during her time with them. May you rest, in peace Mom!
