(nee Costain) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel Kerr on April 8, 2013 at Cascades Lodge, Chilliwack, at the age of 82. Hazel was born on May 29, 1930 in Vancouver. Hazel was pre-deceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Don. She is survived by her daughter Iris (Gordon), grandsons Jim (Shannon), Dave (Stacey), great-grandchildren Darren, Jamie, Brianna, Erin, Jordyn; as well as her brother Jim (Linda), nieces Lisa (Les), Julie (Blair), nephew Mike (Heather) and their families. The family will be forever grateful to Dr. M. Madill and the management and staff at Cascades Lodge for their attentive and compassionate care. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Ave, Chilliwack. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society of BC or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
