It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harry Fontaine on September 21, 2012.
Survived by his loving wife, Ann, of 35 years; three step-children: Karen (Rowland), Ken, Barb (Gord), and many family and friends.
Harry served in the Royal Canadian Naval Reserve marine section, Air Sea Rescue, also the Canadian Merchant Navy and the U.S. Merchant Marines.
I would like to thank Dr. R. Bull for 20 years of care, also Dr. S. Cambridge for Harry’s final year and all the nursing staff on the third floor of the Chilliwack Hospital.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Harry’s favorite charity, the Canadian Wildlife Federation or a charity of your choice.
