Hans Rueger aged 84 years passed away peacefully on September 28, 2016. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Irmgard of 62 years; Marianne whom he called daughter; two sisters Erika and Hilde from Germany; sister- in-law Doris and Margot; nieces Gaby and Dagmar as well as his close friends form the MGV Lyra Choir. A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church 1573 East 18th Avenue, Vancouver, BC on October 15th, 2016 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mission Hospice Society.
