Hannah Berg

Hannah was born Johanna Friesen in 1922 in Wohldemfuerst-Welikoknjashesk, Kuban, Russia passed into her heavenly home in the early hours of January 24, 2023 in Chilliwack after suffering a stroke on December 26, 2022.
She was predeceased by her husband in 1999 and her son, a grandson and son-in-law in 2022.
She is survived by her four daughters Doreen, Lori, Barb (John), Sherry (Mike) and three sisters.
She was a long-time resident and friendly active greeter at Lynnwood.
From its inception, Sardis Community Church was an important part of Hannah's life where she served as an active member. Though she was unable to attend these last few years her Godly example has impacted many.
She is loved and missed by a large extended family with eleven grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.
Her family rejoice that she is with her Lord and Saviour after sharing her life with us for one hundred years.
There will be a celebration of life March 11, 2023 at 2 PM at Sardis Community Church.
