After a ten-and-a-half-year battle with dementia and Parkinson's, Gerry passed away at the Agassiz Seniors Community at the age of 79. He was born in Windsor, England to Alice and Gerry Williams.
They emigrated to Canada in 1953. He met his wife Sharon in High School, and they married in 1966 at St. Mary's Church in Chilliwack. He worked many years for East Chilliwack Co-op and also Fortin's Home Hardware.
He loved to play Senior's hockey and soccer.
Gerry leaves behind his wife Sharon, his daughter Kelly (Stewart) Berge, his son Mark (Rachel) Williams, his beloved grandchildren Hailey, Chloe, Miles & Simon Berge; and Sadie and Jenna Williams, his sisters Marg (Bruce) Butcher, and Kathy Reddekop, and nieces and nephews.
His pancake breakfasts will especially be missed.

A private family funeral will be held at St. Mary's Church.
